New Fiber laser of 500kHz high rep rate. 10W~38W lineup with excellent beam quality as M2=2.0. Pulse energy is depends on models as 0.5mJ~1.25mJ high energy and pulse width can be adjustable between 9ns~200ns. This laser is very flexible for various material processing. Also possible for CW and modulation operation.
Warranty can be extended up to 5 years.

♦ Pulse width adjustable high power IR Disk Laser

High power IR disk laser with pulse width adjustable unique feature. The pulse width adjustable range is 200ns ~ 2000ns with keeping high power and excellent M2 of <1.2.
AOM fast process shutter option can be available. It is possible to keep extreme stable burst energy at various burst mode and also the AOM process shutter can be use for beam attenuator from 10% to 90% power range.
The variable pulse width will be achieve excellent process quality and high speed process for variable material such as Si, metal, sapphire, etc.

♦ Air Cooled Q-Switch Disk Laser

The thin disk laser design can be achieve no thermal lens behavior and obtain high quality and very stable beam.
The excitation LD beam is absorbed by 90 % at thin disks and achieved more than 50% efficiency of laser discharge from the excitation energies of LD. As a result, the disk laser has designed with extraordinarily small, high power and complete air-cooled operation.
The laser medium has two kinds of YAG and YVO4 and they are selectable according to the application.
As for the laser head weight, even the 20 W model is light-weight with 4 kg because a LD for the excitation is located in the controller unit and is guided by the laser head with the optical fiber.
It is the best laser for integrate into the laser marking equipment, laser repair equipment and laser micro machining system.
The model line up has prepared IR laser up to 40W and Green laser up to 10W out put power.

♦ Air Cooled CW Disk Laser

This is an extraordinarily small thin disk laser with LD direct excitation.
There are small second harmonic CW disk YVO4 laser which used a Peltier element for the cooling, it is possible to choose green, red and blue wavelength.
The customer needs to prepares a power supply, a Peltier element for the external-cooling and so on because it is the lineup for OEM and supply only of the laser head basically.
The laser head size is extraordinarily small with 2.5 kg of about 200 mm long. So it is best laser to integrate into the equipment or system.
It was widely used for the medical use, the laser entertainment, the light source for the measurement and since sales start in 2000, it shipped about 5000 pieces of accumulation.

♦ Femto second disk laser

KGW disk amp Femto second laser. Very compact and air cooled version available. Introduced transmission grating for pulse compression to achieve very stable and high reliability. This laser has designed for cornea surgery for suitable eye medical equipment. It is also possible to scaling for high power as 6W high power with same size of compact laser head.
